Two-Component silicone rubber curing at room temperature. Electronic Silicone Encapsulant KIT included: - 0,5 L Polastosil M-2000, - 40 ml Catalyst OL-1 (mx catalyst at 8% of base), - Invoice Used for protecting electric and electronic systems (including such systems installed in small size motors) as well as transistors systems against impact of external factors such as: moisture, dust, precipitation, etc. CHARACTERISTICS: Polastosil M-200 is a pure liquid polydimethylsiloxanes with terminal hydroxyl groups with a low content of volatile matter. APPLICATION: Polastosil M-200 is designed to reduce the viscosity (dilution) of silicone rubbers which vulcanize in condensation system. The amount of solvent depends on the viscosity to be obtained. It is recommended that the dosage is in the range of 1 to 10%. Higher dose of Polastosil added to the rubber lower its strength parameters. Reduce of viscosity The dose of Polastosil (1-10% by weight of rubber) add to the rubber mixture and mix thoroughly until homogeneous. Then add the appropriate amount of the catalyst in the quantity of summary amount of solvent and rubber.
