You are buying (1) NEW 1" clevis with a working load limit of 17,000 lbs.  The clevis is black painted with a yellow zinc plated pin.  The diameter is 1" with a useable length of 3 1/2" the opening width is 1 1/2" and the pin diameter is 1" with a weight of over 4#.   Any questions please ask. The pin does show a bit of shelf wear from sitting in one place.
