Here is a used older Carbide SHAPER CUTTER. It is a 3 WING model with a 1" bore. Carbide is about .125 thick where I can measure it. They should be sharpened and that will take out some of the edge imperfections. This has been sitting for a spell in the garage and shows rust from no use. I took one of my listed shaper heads and put a wire brush to parts of it and the rust is removable. I used a wire brush on a drill press. I have other cutters in the store.
