Actual Rating is 27 KN The auto-locking mechanism requires the operator to first slide and then rotate the barrel of the gate to open the carabiner giving you double security against inadvertent opening. The Asymmetric shape transfers the majority of the load onto the spine, the carabiner's strongest axis. The swivel base lets your load rotate without placing undue stress on the supporting rope or cable. Condition: I am listing these as New other because, although the show signs of being bumped about a bit, the do not show any signs of having been actually used.
