Draw liquid per facility protocol. (See Figure 1) 4. To dispense the content of the syringe, FULLY depress the plunger to engage the safety mechanism. (See Figure 2) 5. Pull back on plunger until it stops: observe withdrawal of needle into barrel. (See Figure 3) 6. Snap off plunger to permanently disable syringe. (See Figure 4) 7. Discard per facility protocol.
