The 10-32 side has an O-ring at the top to seal against any surface. The hex is 5/16" across the flats. The diameter of the barb itself measures .2" at the widest part, and .14" at the tip. This fitting is made of nickel plated brass. It has a flowrate of 16.5 CFM at 125PSI. I have found that 1/4" tubing slips on this size barb nice and tight. I use landscape irrigation tubing from the hardware store. If you need a port into almost anything, just drill and tap a 10-32 hole, screw in this fitting, press on some 1/4" tubing, and it is done.
