10.368 GHz  PLL brick oscillator by Frequency West, model MS-760MXOL, the higher power output one.   Contains an adjustable  high-Q cavity oscillator at 1728.3333 MHz that is phase locked to the X17 harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator.  Here, I am using a 101.6666 MHz XTAL. The multiplier block is X6 giving output at 10.370 GHz. The output power is 13 dBm at the WR-75 waveguide flange.  Of course, if you want 10.3680 GHz, you could use a 108 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X16 harmonic (1728 MHz).  Or a 101.64705 MHz crystal and phase lock to the X17 harmonic (1728 MHz).   Requires a well-regulated  -20.0 VDC supply at about 0.4A.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, reference crystal, WG to coax adapter, and attenuators are not included in auction.   If you need 1 PPM frequency accuracy, you need to use an SC-cut TO-5 size crystal in the 75 degree oven.  This "brick" is in very good clean condition.   There is a modulation input via the BNC connector. This brick is especially nice in that the output multiplier filter screws can be adjusted from the top of the brick--as I have done to bring it from 11 GHz to 10.368 GHz.   For best stability, use a WR-75 waveguide isolator on the output.  Ships to USA for $9.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.   No shipping out of USA.
