10-Inch Cimeter/Steak Knife. SofGrip by Dexter Russell. New, unused, but not in the original Hang package.  This knife is also great for filleting salmon and other large  fish This knife is stamped "factory seconds" and for the life of me, I cannot determine why. If I had to guess, the "Dexter" Etching is normally placed further back on the blade, closer to the Grip. That's it.  Other than a few very small, very minor surface scratches that do not even show up in the photos, this knife is perfect!  If you've  bought factory seconds from me in the past, you already know that I WILL NOT sell a knife if the flaw is anything else than cosmetic (unless otherwise stated).
