This 100 plate water to water heat exchanger has a capacity of 400,000 BTU, making it perfect for your unique needs. It is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 316L and brazing material nickel. With an exchange area of 0.417 sq ft per plate and a maximum temperature of 437F, this plate heat exchanger is an ideal choice for transferring heat from one hot water source to another without mixing the two different water sources. The heat exchanger is perfect for preheating water to water heaters and for transferring heat from an outdoor furnace or solar system to an indoor boiler. It can also be used to transfer heat from hot oil or cooling milk off a milk pipeline. It's important to size your plate according to the BTU rating of your indoor boiler and add 50% to that to select your plate. Moreover,10 plates for every 500 square feet could also be used for the purpose.
