This listing is for 10 pcs Dry Film Plating Resist 8x12in Sheets of NE515 for electroless nickel and gold ENIG process, size (20x30cm), NE515 has the thinnest 0.6mil (15 microns) layer thickness which guarantees superior resolution down to 15 microns. This is critical especially for micro BGA and other high density packaging. Due to the unique chemical composition NE500 resist allows to do many things impossible to do with the normal resists designed just for chemical etching, for instance create high resolution stainless steel solder masks by chemical milling or got involved in electrochemical plating process at elevated temperatures. NE515 is Negative type aqueous resist, which means it should be treated in the same way as the rest of dry film resists. NE 500 is an aqueous processable dry film specifically designed for ENIG and chemical milling application to be exposed with standard UV lamps. NE500 is developable and strippable in mildly alkaline solutions and offers superior performances and resistance to extreme conditions of use in strongly acid solutions. NE500 has good flexibility and high adhesion on copper, stainless steel and the most common metallic alloys.
