The blade rotates at either 22 or 44 rpm, selected by a switch. The saw head pivots up and down to cut, and rotates 45 degrees to the right and left of center for miter cuts. The work bed includes a cam-operated vise with gib adjustment and a cushioned clamping arm that helps prevent burrs in the final cutting stroke. The saw drive has an oversized steel spindle and a tapered bronze roller bearing gear assembly for heavy-duty use. The hardened and ground spindle shaft has ball bearing support for reliability. The saw is wired for three-phase, 220 volt AC operation, and has protection for low voltage and thermal overload. FEATURES Head rotates 45? right and left of center for mitering. Dependable oversized spindle and gear assembly with steel spindle and bronze gear. Bronze gear with tapered roller bearing support. Reliable mechanical coolant pump with flow control adjustment.
