Constructed from a 1ga cold roll steel, rolled tube, and a 12ga belt/motor mount, our Tube Axial Fans are built to last. All mounts are cut by an oxygen assisted laser, ensuring precision assembly and long life. The fan's flange allows for easy attachment to ductwork, and we also offer a three-phase motor option. The 12" DIA Tube Axial Exhaust Fan is now available from JC Metal Fabrication Inc. It has a maximum CFM of 1600 at .25" static pressure and features a remote grease fitting, allowing for easy maintenance. The fan also has a new powder-coated finish, adding to its durability. With a one-year manufacturer warranty, this fan is built to order and conforms to OSHA and NFPA spray booth regulations. At JC Metal Fabrication Inc., we not only offer the 12" DIA Tube Axial Exhaust Fan, but we also custom build any size you may need, up to 48". Our fans are designed with a Wing Fan non-sparking blade, which runs quietly and efficiently. We use off-the-shelf .4 bolt flange bearings for easy maintenance and replacement part availability. The fan's "V" belt drive has an adjustable motor base for correct belt tension.
