This auction is for 12 of our Malaysian Serama Bantam eggs, plus any fresh extras I'll have on the day of shipping. I have been selectively breeding Seramas for Type & Size from some of the nicest breeding stock I could find in the USA, including specimens from Jerry's Seramas (Louisiana) and Black Walnut Farms (Pennsylvania). All breeders are quality straight-feathered birds, are Class A (Cocks- up to 12.3 oz, Hens- up to 11.4 oz) and Class B (Cocks- up to 17.6 oz, Hens- up to 15 oz). Our birds are maintained on premium quality Mazuri feeds, and supplemented with fresh fruits & vegetables. They are free-ranged during the day on both lawn & woodland areas to naturally forage on vegetation and insects, and return to their insulated coops to roost at night. Pictured are some of our breeders while on their daily free range outing. Our birds are very tame, and are prolific layers of high quality eggs (fertility has been close to 95% all year). I have allowed some hens to hatch their own eggs, and they were wonderful mothers, I've even had roosters that would actually share the chick brooding responsibilities with their hens! We ship your eggs using the USPS Large Priority Box (12 x 12 x 8 in.) and carefully place them into foam egg pads & polyester pillow fiber, then double wrap that pad with bubble wrap and ship via USPS Priority Mail & insured. Please keep in mind that shipping hatching eggs is not without some risk. Of course we can not guarantee the handling of your package by the USPS once it leaves our hands, nor the outcome from your incubator's hatching performance. That being said, our customers still have experienced much hatching success with egg orders shipped through our postal system. To that end, our guarantee is your eggs have been produced from healthy quality breeding stock, fertility rate in our incubators has been near 95% all year, and they have been packaged to the best of our abilities. We suggest that you request us label your package "HOLD FOR PICKUP" at your local Post Office, rather than have it delivered to your home address, and left on your doorstep. Our experience has proven it's also helpful to phone your Post Office in advance to apprise them of the impending delivery, this insures they won't accidentally attempt delivery to your home! Please let us know your preference regarding this delivery option at auction's end. We appreciate the courtesy of your "Feedback" regarding the quality of our packaging and the condition in which your eggs arrived, not however, in the percentage of your incubator's hatch rate, since that is completely out of our control.
