Up for sale are huge Semikron SCR/thyristor modules, part number SKET800/14G H4. Rated at 800 A, 1400V. Used, tested good; sold at discount due to cosmetic damage (see photos). There are 3 units available, each in similar or better condition to the unit pictured. As shown, the plastic tops of the units are all loose and can be removed.
