We want you to be a happy long-term customer. 16" Industrial Tube Axial Fan, 4 Blade, Ohio Electric 440V 1/2 HP 1725 RPM Motor Product Details: 16" Industrial Tube Axial Fan 4 Blade The motor dataplate is marked: Ohio Electric, Cleveland Ohio, Type P-61429, 440V, 60 CY, 1/2 HP, 0.7 Amps, 1725 RPM, 3 Phase The motor is clamped into the tube and looks easy to remove, so you should be able to replace this motor with a different one if desired. I think I see two motor shaft lube points, and I would expect that the motor needs lubrication before being run. Flange outside diameters: 19" on one side and 26" on the other side 13-3/4" deep, flange to flange plus about 3" more projection for the motor housing I don't have any manufacturer's information for this item, but the following is hand written on the inside of the tube: AL-17-F-1124-3, MRC23396, 961952. AL-17 may be the alloy used to make the tube (a kind of stainless steel), but I don't know if this is the case. My magnet sticks to the housing, but I would say it has a comparatively weak hold, so the ferris metal content is lower in my opinion. I originally thought it was aluminum due to the general light weight of this fan compared to an all steel one. Condition: Used, Surplus to the needs of the State of New Hampshire, looks part new, part used. Although safely housed in a crate, I think it is a used fan. At least the motor is, since there is a piece of conduit broken off where the wires come out, and there is yellow paint and other cosmetic marks on the motor housing. The fan itself actually looks unused because I don't see bolt marks on the flanges and I can still clearly make out the hand written marks on the inside of the tube. I don't have 440VAC in this building, so it is untested and in unknown working condition. The blades turn. Nice item. Please see the pictures for more details.
