There are twenty in the box, but we will guarantee 16 lamps are in working order. Shipping Item will be insured for it's final sale amount and tracking number provided either to eBay messages or your PayPal account. Our carrier of choice is FedEx. Other carriers may be used dependent upon circumstances, but we highly prefer using FedEx. We set a flat shipping rate of $30.00 for US and this includes packing.
