HOFHEINS AS SECRETARY, CHARLES N. PERRIN AS TREASURER. VERY INTERESTING CONTENT TO THIS HISTORICAL LETTER! THIS LETTER WAS SIGNED BY Charles P. Kinsella, the Division Manager. CONDITION: Normal letter folds, some toning but not as bad as is in the scan (scan shows much darker than actually is) and is in overall very good condition.
