The 1st Response Holster Set in Black is a complete set that includes all the necessary tools for emergency medical response. The set features a holster, 7-1/4" EMS shears, 5-1/2" bandage scissors, Disposable penlight, and 4-1/2" Splinter Forceps. This product has an extended handling time that can be viewed in the shipping and payments tab for further details. The set is shipped FOB Destination, and the cost of shipment has already been paid by the seller and added to the corresponding invoice. Emergency, rush orders, and orders not regularly scheduled are subject to an added shipping charge determined by the seller. Seller has the right to ship products via its own vehicle or a carrier selected by the seller and is not responsible for any duty or customs fees, and buyer may be invoiced separately for these charges. Seller makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the merchantability of any products or their fitness for any particular use or purpose. All requests for the return of products must be authorized by Seller's customer care department before returning goods. Products shipped by seller in error and nonconforming products receive full credit if returned within thirty (30) days. Products that are not locally stocked but are returnable to the vendor are subject to a restocking charge of up to 50%, plus any original freight costs and additional costs incurred in returning the products to the vendor, if notified within thirty (30) days and returned in resalable condition.
