For sale is a Jacobs AD50-82 threaded adapter to allow the use of the Jacobs Model 50 collet chuck on lathes or mills with 2-1/4"-8 tpi threaded spindles. This is used, as can be seen in the photos. The holes in the periphery of the chuck that take a tommy bar to loosen the chuck from the spindle show wear. The threads still look fine with no major nicks or burrs. The surface that contacts the chuck shows a wee bit of wear where the pinions in the chuck contact. All that being said, this adapter is just the thing you need to use your Jacobs Model 50 chuck on your big honkin' lathe or mill. Shipping will be by USPS flat rate shipping in a small flat rate box.
