It is the painted framework, all the electrical components and hardware, which, when you put it together (which takes only 15 minutes from the time you open the box), creates a lighted box sign, but it does NOT include the faces, the bulbs or the backer panel. You can purchase these components from your local sign shop, OR you can give us a call or an email, and we can send you a quote to have your sign fully built and shipped to you ready to be hooked up to your on site electrical source.
