Damaged Occurred During Shipping If there is damage to your shipment: Note such damage on the carrier’s delivery document before signing. (Failure to do so may prevent the acceptance of any claim.) Retain ALL cartons, packaging materials, and merchandise in the same condition as they arrived until further notice from us. If possible, take and retain photographs of shipment. Alert us WITHIN 48 hours for further instructions. Do not release any damaged goods or containers to a carrier or its representatives without first contacting us. If your shipment does not arrive within 14 working days, notify us. If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier, a claim will be made. Refunds or exchanges will not be given until the carrier has completed their investigation. Returns All returns must be made within the listings’ stated return time-frame which begins when the item is shipped. For all items that are returned a 20% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the total purchase price plus any costs incurred by us to facilitate the return. Returns will be refunded as “Money Back,” no exceptions. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. We will not accept any items that are damaged during return shipping; the item will be reshipped back you and are responsible to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to adequately package the item prior to return shipment. Items are meticulously inspected and tested prior to shipment. Any item that is claimed to be “defective” by the purchaser will be inspected upon receipt by us to determine its condition. If the item has no obvious signs of physical damage and we determine it to be defective we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund for the item(s) that is proportional to the total order cost—only if the item is not in stock. The purchaser must notify us of the intent to return an item. Without notification we will reject the return and reship it back to you. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for items that become defective as a result of a purchaser’s lack of experience, knowledge neglect or by its use in a manner other than it was originally intended.
