FREE  SHIPPING  on a set of 2 -  6 Inch CLEATS.   The finish is highly polished; appears to be chromed or nickel-plated.  The cleats are cast and the base material appears to be possibly brass due to a gold-like coloration on the underside of the cleat base.  We are not certain it is brass and could possibly be zinc.   On the underside of the cleats, they are stamped "Made in Taiwan".  These are new condition cleats with high polish and no damage or corrosion or any sign of use on the finish.  There is no damage or defects visible on these cleats.  However, they are not in original packaging.   The distance between screw holes is 2 1/4 inches from one bracket to the other; and, 1 1/2 inches from one side to the other in each bracket.  Photos are of the actual items offered in this listing.
