Up for sale are these 2 x 250 Watt FET RF amplifier palettes. Each palette is capable of at least 250 watts continuous in class AB. Gain is 19-20dB and the nominal supply voltage is +50VDC with a bias voltage of +8 to +10 volts DC.  The 6mm thick Copper palettes must be mechanically bolted/bonded to a suitably sized forced air or water cooled heatsink that will maintain a device flange temperature of no more than 85 deg C Both amplifiers have been tested and are guaranteed functional.
