The flooring options include Lifeproof Vinyl Flooring options such as Seasoned Wood, Ashland, and Heirloom Pine. The 20 ft Container, known as "The El Paso" Model, is a repurposed shipping container that has been transformed into a rustic cabin with a fresh and outdoorsy feel. This model is perfect for parks, campgrounds, fishing/hunting cabins, and more. All windows and doors are located behind the container cargo doors, allowing for a regular container look. This is great for hunting leases. The electrical features include a 125amp 12 Slot Panel Breaker Box (interior mount with exterior cutoff), four 110v Duplex Outlets in the Bedroom/Living Area, a 110v Quadplex Outlet on the Kitchen Counter, a 110v Duplex Outlet dedicated on a 20amp breaker for a refrigerator, a 110v Duplex Outlet dedicated on a 20amp breaker for the electric stovetop, a 110v GFCI Duplex in the Restroom, a 110v Exterior Outlet, and an Exterior Light. To customize the container to your liking, our process is simple. The dimensions of the bedroom are 10 ft (L) x 7 ft (W) x 8 ft (H), and the bathroom is 4 ft (L) x 7 ft (W) x 8 ft (H). The wood interior framing is installed on a 20 ft x 8 ft x 8.5 ft space, with R13- 2 in closed spray foam in walls, R21- 3 in closed cell spray foam in the ceiling, and R6- 1 in closed cell spray foam under the container for insulation. You can upgrade your container with Offgrid features, including RV hookup hoses and blackwater holding tank, gravity feed water tank (water in) installed on the container roof, tile with tile showers or floors, and Tech packages such as Wi-Fi/smart HVAC, Bluetooth controlled lights/bathroom The container comes with a one-ton Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioner and Heat (12,000 BTU). The windows and doors include a 6 ft x 6 ft 8 in Steel Door located on the end with Cargo Doors and a 2 ft x 2 ft Window.
