Boiler will have been hydro tested, cleaned inside and out, new hand hole gaskets, new sight glass and valves, new or recalibrated relief valve, reconditioned blowdown valve, Honeywell bench tested by IEC Controls, Inc., all electrics and blower motor tested, good handholes, R/R as needed, new high temp paint on hot surfaces, new paint on and jacket. Guaranteed to pass your state inspection. Feed water tank and pump available for an additional $2500, blow down separator available for an additional $1150.
