End the reliance on expensive and hard to use fixed CMMs, improve measurement consistency, generate automatic GD&T and SPC reports and reduce inspection times. Made specifically to be used by shop floor personnel, the Gage sets up in seconds and allows anyone to measure parts and assemblies easily, quickly and accurately. Save time and money by replacing cluttered inspection areas with the one tool that can do it all. Measure angles, geometry, distance and GD&T with up to .0002" accuracy in a 48" work envelope. It has temperature and overload sensors to "sense" and react to thermal variations and improper handling. Internal Counterbalancing to allow the user to move the Gage easily with one hand without becoming fatigued. Multi probe capability that includes various ball diameters, Touch-sensitive, curved and extensions Extended use battery that provides true "measure  anywhere" capability. A universal 3.5" quick mount. The unit includes: mounting hardware, Dell laptop computer, accessory kit in a sturdy case, battery, all software and instruction manual and an arm cover.
