2011 catering/vending/concession trailer - STFU (mobile food license) This unit is loaded with equipment that has completely satisfied the health dept. The unit has a STFU sticker which allows it to be used anywhere in Michigan as a food trailer. The large deep fryer will make 10-12 cakes at one time. we were getting $6 to $8 bucks apiece for them at fairs and festivals. We also setup from time to time at parades and other events like a church bazaar. A good event sold 200 or more cakes plus the other items. The professional decal graphics on this unit are fantastic and the color scheme is consistent from the top 20" marquee to the dynamite bottom skirting. Sorry, but he pictures do not do it justice.
