As with all of our trailers, appearance and quality are everything as I am one of you, and have owned and operated my own successful mobile event and corporate catering business for several years. I understand how important clean, and eye catching equipment is to a successful mobile food business. For this reason, I like to equip the exterior of all of our trailers with an 'Appearance Package' to include custom aluminum wheels, aluminum tread plate trim (ATP) around the whole exterior of the trailer and fender wells, 30amp electrical service with an extra exterior 110 outlet with GFI, Stoneguard, and an LED exterior light near the 36in RV door. I like to finish our interiors to give you a comfortable place to relax, and take a break during long events, and I provide a somewhat finished interior with room to add your own personal touches. The interior is finished with an electrical package to include a 30amp breaker box and extra 110 outlets to plug in additional equipment if needed, white aluminum overhead cabinetry at the nose of the trailer, white paneled insulated walls and ceiling, ample ceiling and wall lighting with switches, rubber tread plate flooring (RPT), extra floor mounted 'D' rings, EZ Track on the walls to secure your load, and a aluminum tread plate covered threshold cover to cover the gap between the rear ramp door and trailer when the door is down. We can provide ware and hand washing sinks in your trailer as an option, however they are very expensive. If you consult with me first, I can give you a very professional, versatile, and less expensive option.
