I know how venues work, space requirements, fees, health department regulations, etc, etc. This unit was designed to be clean, eye catching, and most importantly versatile and functional. With our unit, you will never be hampered by space requirements, or extra event fees for space all of which takes a big chunk out of your profit margins before you even start. As we all know in this business, food trucks and trailers cost tens of thousands of dollars and require a tremendous amount of money for hoods, vents, fire suppression systems, general maintenance, and many other fees which most people are unaware of when they first enter this lucrative industry. I took all these factors into consideration when I first started in the mobile food industry, and decided to design my own mobile food unit. I was able to do this at the fraction of the cost of a traditional food truck or trailer, and our unique design was the envy of all as we traveled from event to event. Needless to say, our unique set-up has been backbone of our successes as we quickly grew. As our business model is to cook outside and interact with our corporate catering clients and guests, our set up eliminates the need for very expensive fire suppression systems, hood vents and filters, water purification systems, and other unforeseen and unexpected maintenance costs Our package includes a new 2016 Continental Cargo Tailwind with ramp (your choice of color) with the exterior"Appearance Package" to include Aluminum Tread Plate trim (ATP) front, sides, and rear, aluminum rims with a full spare and matching rim, exterior lighting, 36inch RV door, 30amp electrical with extra exterior 110 outlet with GFI, and a Dometic RV awning on door side of trailer. The interior includes white paneled walls and roof, interior lighting with wall switches, aluminum overhead cabinetry, Rubber tread plate flooring (RTP), extra 'D' rings on the floor, 30amp breaker box with extra 110 electrical outlets, and EZ Track on the walls to secure your load. The Custom food cart is built on a heavy duty metal frame on industrial sized caster wheels, and is equipped with a propane tank basket, 36in 2 zone flat top grill, (2) full size steam table with pans and lids, (1) roll top cover, removable condiment bar, and removable storage box above the grill to store your bread, condiments, paper supplies etc. The fryer pictured on the cart is availble as an option. The current build time on our carts is 1-2 weeks, and delivery on factory trailers is currently 5-6 weeks depending on options.
