Users can adjust settings with the Merrychef eikon E2S CLASSIC HIGH-POWER microwave convection and impingement oven's easyTouch® control system, which stores as many as 1,024 multi-stage cooking profiles. Each of the profiles provides six stages of programmable cooking times, microwave power settings, and user instructions.
