Manufactured on a submicron process, the ADG752BRT-REEL7 provides low power dissipation while still offering high switching speed and low on resistance. This fully bidirectional switch can handle signals up to the supply rails and has break-before-make switching action to ensure input signals are protected against momentary shorting when switching between channels. The ADG752BRT-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a low voltage SPDT switch that incorporates T-switches to ensure excellent Off Isolation and maintain good frequency response in the ON state. With high off isolation and wide signal bandwidth, this IC is suitable for RF and video signal switching. Its low power consumption and operating supply range of +1.8 V to +5.5 V make it ideal for battery-powered portable instruments. Applications of the ADG752BRT-REEL7 include audio and video switching, RF switching, networking, communication, relay replacement, and sample-and-hold systems.
