Thank you for looking. I have over one hundred chain hoists I use in my business and this one is a jewel. Title and photos pretty much tell it all. It appears the trolley has shims for 3" to 8". I put a question mark regarding the lift because as you can see from the photo this is upside down. I don't have an I-beam to display or mount it from here on the farm so I am guessing on the lift. Could be more, could be less. I have not lifted with this but bought it and was told it lifted well and extend the same warranty to you. Dual gear boxes as per photo. Steerable trolley for curved I-beams etc. Clean. Someone took this down with loving care, wired the chains together and set it in the wooden box. I will deliver it to the carrier of your choice in St. Louis except FedEx (50 miles away). Shipping and Handling: · All of our items have 1 (one) day handling time (Unless it is the weekend or a holiday and even then we sometimes ship on Saturdays). If it is early enough, it will be same-day service. If you have a special request for shipping or handling, it is possible it requires an extra day. If this is an emergency order for you, by all means tell us. We will make an extra effort on your behalf. If there are weather-related delays (snow, ice, hurricanes etc.), please understand we have no control of these and will gladly take extraordinary measures on your behalf. · Ground shipments will be sent via USPS Priority. When it is possible, we use flat-rate boxes to save on postage for you. For UPS for shipments over 70 lbs. we ship these freight collect unless prior arrangements are made. In all cases, even if ebay quotes postage in error, you are responsible for correct postage. Please be clear on this. We gladly combine postage (see below). · Freight shipments over 150 lbs.will be sent via UPS Freight or a carrier to whom you direct us. No FedEx. · We do our best to package these well. For irregular shaped items, heavy weight or length, we have no control after it leaves our hands. It will be packed according to best practice, but also keeping in mind over-packing triggers a double-cost “balloon” rate by USPS. · Tracking numbers will be put into the listing after your item has been shipped. These are entered manually at the end of the day. Payment: · We accept Paypal as well as personal and company checks (whichever is easier for you). · We are required to charge sales tax to Illinois residents unless you are exempt or the item is for export etc. Please advise us if we are required to charge you. · Whenever it is possible, we combine postage. If you are charged excess postage by ebay, we happily refund it. Returns: · We accept returns up to 14 days after the item has been delivered to you. · Full money back on all returns as long as they come back in the condition they were sent (unless they were damaged during shipment). All items are shipped insured. If an item is damaged, but still usable, you are welcome to receive the insurance and keep the item provided you can show the damage to your postmaster to receive the claim. That is easier than anyone absorbing extra postage and may be of benefit to you. · Buyer is to pay for return shipping unless we shipped you the incorrect item or if the item has been damaged through the shipment process. · If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us. Remember we are selling items greatly discounted from their original price. We don’t advertise them as perfect and the price reflects their condition. We don’t sell them broken and if they are, we can deal with USPS together. Please don’t open a case. It is a grumpy way to do business and we have been with ebay since they opened in 1997.
