I have a downloadable manual in PDF form from the company, Damilic Corporation, 601-7 Dover Road, Rockville, MD 20850   Templates are still available from the company: Here's what the told me when I gave them the serial number number: "the M-80 requires 1 matrix per signature (the plastic template)." Your machine was made in the late 80's, so it may not have the issues that the M-80's/matrices from the early 80's had. It could produce impeccable signatures! We just won't know until we make a matrix for you and you try it out due to the lack of data we have on your machine. The cost for a new signature matrix is $195. I have attached the matrix order form. It can take 1-3 weeks to produce the matrix, depending on whether you pay for a expedited order." Additional correspondence from the company in answer to my queries: "Generally speaking, we have parts available. The M-80 is a fairly old model; so some parts may not be in production. If you give me it's serial number, I can tell you when your machine was manufactured [Answer:1989]. Yes, the M-80 model was about $3000, new. The M-80 does not require frequent calibration or service."
