FDA Food Contact This label construction is suitable for indirect food contact under the US Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21CFR175,105 provided the product is separated by a functional barrier. It is the sole responsibility of the end-users to determine to their satisfaction that the packaging material on which the label will be applied can serve as a functional barrier under the proposed conditions of use. SDS Sheets While we maintain an SDS on file for each of the water-based adhesives in raw wet form, the finished label product that we provide, including the dried adhesive, is considered an “article” as defined by OSHA, 29 CFR 1910.1200, Section (c).
