 31" Custom Made, BIG Taquiza Pan   Seams are welded - no mfg name of who made the pan, do not have any model numbers *34" handle to handle, 4" deep, 3 sections   An indent in the bottom, put on top of a fire possibly, great for carne, meat Possibly heat, or cook the meat and it's sectioned off into 3 meat areas. Maybe Steak, al pastor, carnita ( pork ), other ethnic meats.    * Make mexican tacos.  We love them so much that we have parties to celebrate them, these parties are called taquizas. One Chef makes it all, with this big pan.  They are informal gatherings where people stand around the grill or the table with tortillas in hand ready to make their own tacos. There’s always different kinds of fillings and salsas, but probably the most common ones are carne asada and pico de gallo.   * In different countries too, they use these big pans, for their own cultural fiesta, watch the chef's on tv who travel to different countries for ideas. * Be creative and come up with your own ideas for the use of this pan.   *Does not look ever used, and doesn't look like any flame has ever been lighted underneath it.
