This S/S unit bears serial no. GG40864 and Model no. 36 X 30 FLD. Btu/hr output is 90,000. Fuel is Natural gas. Mani fold pressure 4.0. the Griddle is 18" tall, 3' long and 31" wide and weighs approx 300 lbs. Comes complete with S/S cart which measures 25" wide, 24" tall, and 34" long. Griddle was new in 2003.
