The 3M-Matic 800a3 Adjustable Case Sealer is a high-performing, semi-automatic machine designed to provide consistent and tight seals on regular slotted cartons. This machine is equipped with side belt drives that keep cartons stable during the packaging process. It can seal a wide range of RSC sizes and weights, including lengths of 6 inches and more, widths of 4.5-21.5 inches, and heights of 4.75-24.5 inches. The 800a3 model can seal with up to 3-inch wide tapes. This machine is designed for businesses that want to increase their packaging efficiency and productivity. This automatic adjustable sealer has traction-grip drive belts located on both sides to keep cartons centered and stable during sealing. The twin gear motor drives provide dependable sealing for cases weighing up to 85 pounds. The 3M-Matic Adjustable Case Sealer 800ab is available for sealing bottom flaps only, and the top flap compression rollers ensure an improved seal. Additional options include locking casters, infeed and exit conveyors, a low tape indicator, and a box hold down attachment.
