I have tested the operation and it works just fine in both heating and cooling modes. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Just came out of hospital service. Shows 03211 hours on the meter. Comes with the Sarns heating cooling unit, clear reservoir lid and two connecting hoses with fittings. Uses ice and water in the reservoir for cooling and has an internal heater for heating. It weighs 112 lbs but it will ship UPS oversized so shipping is reasonable. I tested by filling the reservoir with ice/water and attached the hoses to a heat exchanger. This unit quickly changed from the warm and cold temperatures at the heat exchanger within seconds of changing the settings. It is quiet and pumps really strong. The thermostat is working properly. I posted one picture with the inspection cover off to show this machine looks new inside. There are no leaks.
