It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged. We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs Please email us for further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and if applicable the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
