It comes in original box, as shown in the photos. Its paperwork is included inside the box. Photos show actual item offered for sale. Model: R520 MSRP: US$410 This two-handle thermostatic mixing valve allows you to select the water temperature and volume for your showerhead and body/side sprays. The lever handle controls the temperature and the cross handle is the on/off volume control. Once set, the temperature remains constant even if the water pressure changes, like when someone flushes a toilet. Volume and temperature control 1/2" NPT inlets/outlets 7.2 GPM at 40 psi Requires twin ell (8888.120) for use with diverter tub spout. Does not include handles and trim.
