This kitchen unit is a high volume cooking unit. It is spacious and efficient, with side-door loading and rear loading by means of a 3000 lbs rail/lift gate ramp. The equipment included and installed are sinks, shelves, steam tables w/ service windows, warming boxes, refrigerator and hood vents amongst other user friendly necessities. Kitchen Unit - Three (3) Blodgett convection ovens - One is 29" x 28" x 20" - Double-stack is 29" x 24.25" x 20" each oven - Cleveland 40-gallon tilt brazer - Fri-a-Lator 70 lbs deep fryer - American Range flat-top griddle, 2' x 5' - American Range high-output stock pot burners (3 burners @ 90,000 BTUs) - Three (3) electric high volume warming/holding boxes - 8-compartment steam table @service windows, plus storage beneath Also: - Potable water system (primary) supplied by 300-gallon tank mounted beneath trailer. Hot and cold input. System can also utilize outside water sources. - Drain system to outside bladder (included). - Propane tank, 125-gallon mounted beneath trailer, service to multiple cooking outlets within trailer (all with independent shut-off valves). - 3-compartment sink, with drainboard, plus separate on-demand electric water heater below. - Handwashing sink - Stainless steel professional hood vents covering all cooking equipment, with lights and exhaust fans. - One double sliding door refrigerator, reach-in. - Stainless utility shelves and prep tables - Aluminum diamond-plate floor for easy cleaning and drainage - FRP walls and fiberglass ceiling (elastomeric coated roof). - Protected fluorescent lighting throughout interior. - Outside lighting (halogen) both sides of trailer. - Electrical service panel (200 amps). - Kitchen Unit electrical power requires one 25KW generator (NOT included), and two 50-amp Hubble-type cords (included). - 3 Fire extinguishers (2 grease fire suppression type) - 3000 lbs rail/lift gate at rear door - Stair/platform (detachable) at side door - Two electric air-drapes, one at each door - Detachable outside service ramps at service windows Freightliner Tractor - 10 forward gears - Double-bunk sleeper
