5.855--6.425 GHz brick oscillator by California Microwave.   "Brick" contains an adjustable high-Q cavity oscillator around 1500 MHz that is phase locked to a harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator.  A 100.000 MHz non SC-cut crystal is included in auction:  The times 15 harmonic is 1500 MHz.   The multiplier block is times 4, so the output is 6000 MHz.   Power output is 10.2 dBm at the female SMA.    Requires a well-regulated  -20 VDC supply at about 0.45A.   The spectrum analyzer pics (at 1 MHz/division showing the 6000 MHz RF output, and at 100 MHz/division showing the crystal oscillator harmonics at the XTAL OSC OUT--SMB jack).   Spectrum analyzer, cables, and attenuators are not included in auction.   This "brick" is in clean condition and phase locks easily and reliably.  For best stability, use a 6 GHz coaxial isolator on the output.   Ships to USA for $9.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.  Ships to Europe for $28.00 via USPS First Class International mail.
