These eggs will be sent fresh within a few days of end of auction. PLEASE..pay as soon as possible so we can get fresh eggs to you:) Birds are laying now. If there will be any delay, I will let you know. I will try to send extras if we have them in case any get broken. Our Seramas are kept mostly in pairs and trios. We have one cage with several hens and several roosters. All are beautiful birds with several show quality in the flock. Seramas can be difficult to hatch and although I will try to help all I can, I cannot guarantee the hatch rate. I continually check fertility by incubating eggs. I candle all eggs before shipping to look for defects. I have to assume that you know what you're doing. So, if you're a novice, please read the many great articles on the internet about hatching eggs. Back Yard Chickens has a great article on incubating shipped eggs. Once you receive your eggs, please let them settle several hours or over night, big end up, before putting them in your already running incubator. If you have anything other than a digital incubator, I strongly suggest using a meat thermometer to test the temperature at egg level. Priority mail is now insured, so if you receive a damaged box, please show it to the post master... No guarantees on viability once they reach you due to postal handling. Usually they are fine. I have lots of good reports on the hatches from eggs I sell on Ebay. Please leave feedback based on my performance once you receive the eggs. Fresh eggs will be sent and they will be well packaged. If there will be any delay in getting them to you, I will contact you. When I list eggs, they are not yet layed. I have to predict how many I will have the day the auction ends. I will not sell eggs that are more than three days old. Priority mail has worked out best so far. Express mail is great and handled better but is more expensive. Over all, Quail and chicken eggs are pretty hardy despite often rough postal handling. Box will be marked, "Fragile", "This side Up", "Live Hatching Eggs", and "No-X-ray". This does not necessarily make the postal employees treat them better. And they may still x-ray the box. Which may or may not harm them. If you prefer I not mark something or want something added, please let me know. If you want your phone number on the box for the post office to call you when they get there, let me know. I'm trying to keep my shipping as low as possible. This often means I end up paying some of it. Please feel free to ask any questions. Shipping will be Priority mail. Thank you and happy hatching...
