Goolgle BUF634 will provide you with countless circuit diagrams for Pro-Audio Headhone Amplifers, DAC Current Buffers,  Cascaded Pro-Audio Amplifiers, etc.  The BUF634T is a TO-220 package which means that you can use a heatsink to take the full advantage of it's current output capabilities. I built a Headphone Amplifer using the DIP version BUF634P and found that the ICs got too HOT when running them at the best dual voltage = +-15 to 18 volts.  The next Headphone Amplifier I used the BUF634T and used two modest sized Headsinks & it ROCKS!!  You can hear the difference when adequate Heat dissipation is used.  The BUF634 has internal thermal shutdown if the temperature rises above it's threshold, thus protecting the IC.
