This auction is for a Laminar Flow (raised floor) Class 100 (we can also configure as class 1 or even 1e for an additional fee) clean room with a size of 500 square feet and for an additional fee you can increase the size of the room up to 10,000 square feet). The room can be almost any shape but we need a clear space height of 10’ to erect the room at your facility but it is better with heights between 12' and 24'. Your building ceiling does not need to be level because the grid hangs on threaded rods from your existing ceiling. This Huntair clean room was built 2000 and installed at a former Maxim facility semiconductor facility. This system cost in excess of $320/square foot when installed in so the 500 square foot room cost over $160,000. The 500 square foot room can include a blow off room at no additional charge. We can also include windows for an additional fee. The room includes the following: · Flooring - Raised floor (flow through) with damper panels along the edge and rigid flow through panels in the center of the room. The raised floor has a height of 1 feet. The flooring is rated 1500lbs/square foot uses high grade nickel plated laser cut aluminum panels. These of course are conductive so there are no ESD issues when using this flooring. · Doors – 2 single glass doors (one to changing room and one to enter main clean room). Automatic double doors can also be included for an additional fee. · Walls – aluminum honeycomb walls powder coated. The inside height of the room can be set between 8' and 11'. We can provide interior walls to meet your design requirements. The exterior walls are between 9' and 12' tall since they go from the bottom of the raised laminar flow floor to the top of the ceiling. · Filters – Hitachi FFUs filters with optional (at an added fee UPLA filters). The blowers that are included are rated 940 CFM with UPLA cartridges installed. · Optional Heating/Cooling – Heat Exchanger for heating and or chilling the room can be supplied for an added fee. We also have systems that are based on Huntair Air Handler Units AHU that include heating and cooling coils. · Shower/Eyewash - For an added fee we can also include Class 1 clean room compliant emergency HAWS shower and Eyewash station that meets the new OSHA standards · Ceiling/Lights – The ceiling grid uses Huntair modular grid that includes built in high intensity lighting, and sprinkler whips to be connected into your fire supression system. The grid also includes the bolts to bolt the modular sections together and adjustable all thread hangers to hang the grid from your existing ceiling. · Air Return Plenum –The walls and structure for the air return plenum is included with this system. · Staircase – One stair case with platform is also included in this auction. This room requires a clear span height of at least 10’ OR MORE up to 24' we can also work around some structural beams within the clean room space. If you do not want a raised floor laminar flow room we can configure a circular flow room at a discounted price please contact us with your requirements. We have installed clean rooms at universities, semiconductor, pharmaceutical manufactures, industrial, medical complexes. For a small additional fee of typically air fare plus $12/square foot we can install this system at your facility less required electrical and fire suppression connections which must be done you your local certified contractors. We document the rooms as we take them down and color code and number panels for assembly at your facility. We can setup the room in many different sizes and shapes. The standard panel limits are either 2’ or 4’ increments. If you have a desired clean room configuration and have a dimensional drawing we can most likely supply a room to meet your specification but we may need to modify some panels if your room dimensions are not on a 2’ boundary. We have a huge quantity of clean room equipment (Huntair) and can supply class 1 clean rooms with UPLA filters and can supply up a to 20,000 square feet room. We can also wrap existing walls to build around your existing structure. We have installed numerous class 1 clean rooms built into typical office space with 10' ceilings.
