My Silkies are doing what they do best which is being mothers. Unfortunately I will not have very many available eggs, so they are limited. I will try to collect quickly because these girls want nothing more than chicks to care for. You are bidding on an assortment of silkie eggs. You will get an assortment black, blue, or white fertilized silkie eggs. I will collect the eggs available the day payment is recieved and I will try to get all three colors. Because hatching eggs are time sensitive I will send the eggs available. The roosters are very docile and friendly and they are gentleman to their ladies. My hens are starting to go broody so I will sell their eggs until nature makes another decision. This is what silkie hens are known for...being great mom's. Please leave rating based on the condition you receive the eggs and not by the hatch rate. Shipping, handling, temperature fluctuations and incubation mistakes will effect the hatch rate. I will send fresh fertilized eggs and package to have your eggs arrive safely. If you understand problems may occur with shipped eggs than you are ready to bid! If a bid ends on a weekend I will collect eggs on Monday morning and ship that day. It will increase hatch rate. Two days will make a difference when we depend on fast shipping that doesn't always happen. This breed is amazing. Such sweet personalities and they run to have a clucking conversation with me. My Silkies free range, eat top quality feed and fruits and vegetables. I hope you enjoy your chickens as much as I do. Priority mail has $50 insurance, I recommend opening the box at the post office to get your money back if any of the eggs are damaged. So far all of my shipments arrived safe and sound. I will have buff, Patridge and red silkie hatching eggs this fall. My chicks are growing so fast. On Apr-06-16 at 14:27:47 PDT, seller added the following information: I want to clarify that the condition of the eggs upon arrival mean cracked or broken. Do not contact me if 1) you don't think the eggs will hatch 2) the eggs are different shapes 3) the eggs are different shades 4) The eggs are small- these are a bantam breed. I highly urge you to open the box in front of a postal worker. This box is insured for up to $50 and they can start the process then and there. If you want me to file for the claim I will need a photo of the damaged egg, a photo of the box when you opened the box and a clear detailed explanation of how you opened the box. This is why I ask that you skip all of these steps and open the box in front of the postal worker. again I CAN NOT GUARANTEE A HATCH RATE so please do not bid if you are not prepared that this is a possibility. The best hatch rate from shipped eggs will be from a broody hen.
