NO GUARANTEES ON HATCHING EGGS No refunds or replacements If you don't want to take the risk with eggs- We’ll sell chicks again in the spring. 6+ French Copper marans hatching eggs- We are NPIP. we have 1 black Copper Marans rooster covering 2 black copper and 2 blue copper maran hens- the rooster has feathered legs and of the hens are feather legged (light to heavy feathering) however our hen that lays the darkest eggs sometimes throws clean legged chicks. CURRENTLY THE GIRLS ARE LATER IN THEIR EGG CYCLE AND EGGS ARE MORE OF A 4-6 on average. Our eggs range from 4- 8 on the color chart- our blues eggs are lighter than our black hens eggs (YOU get the darkest ones laid those 3-4 days of gathering- rest will be sold for eating eggs) Pictures of birds in breeder pens can be found on our website here: http://www.poultrybylinda.com/french-copper-marans.html Fertility has been between 90-99% so far this year from our Maran pen (have done several hatches here) we have hatched out several hundred chicks since this spring (with around 45 Maran chicks being the monthly average) - so If you would like eggs- here is your chance. If you want chicks- we hatch those out too. READ BELOW THIS BEFORE ORDERING EGGS We have been incubating every 2-3 weeks on eggs we offer for sale SINCE MID FEBUARY - so we know what the fertility rate has been on average before shipping. We are done hatching for the year and will resume hatching again in the spring. Remember hatching eggs are a gamble - You could get a great hatch - or a really crappy one Due to many of the reasons listed below. We can not guarantee how the post office will treat them, buyers incubating skills, incubator working properly, power outages, over handling, etc- so- hatch rate and egg condition on arrival is not in my hands- NO GUARANTEES ON HATCHING EGGS No refunds or replacements we have had several people who have hatched out more eggs than they bought- due to the extras, and have had several people who have had one or none hatch- most (that update us) are in between those numbers.
