6 GHz  PLL brick oscillator by Frequency West, model MS-54XO.   Output range 5.86 GHz to 6.46 GHz.   "Brick" contains an adjustable high-Q cavity oscillator around 1225 MHz that is phase locked to a harmonic of the internal reference ovenized crystal oscillator  (you supply the crystal).   Here, I am using a 102.05 MHz SC-cut XTAL.  The brick VCO runs at 1224.6 MHz  ( X12 the crystal), The multiplier block is X5 giving output at 6123 MHz.  The output power is 13 dBm at the female SMA.    Requires a well-regulated  -21 VDC supply at about 0.4A.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, reference crystal, and attenuators are not included in auction.   If you need 1 PPM frequency accuracy, you need to use an SC-cut TO-5 size crystal in the 75 degree oven.  This "brick" is in unusually clean condition and phase locks easily and stably. This brick is especially nice in that the output multiplier filter screws can be adjusted from the top of the brick:  the output filter could easily be tuned to pass 5.760 GHz if you need such a source.  Or, with the right crystal and two external doubler stages (or a X4 multiplier) you got 24.192 GHz.   For best stability, use a coaxial isolator on the output.  Ships to USA for $8.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag and boxed.  Ships to Europe for $22.00 via USPS First Class International mail.
