Condition - Very good condition, good tubes. Boiler is going through our shop now. Boiler is being hydro tested, cleaned inside and out, including new hand hole gaskets, new sight glass and valves, new insulation front and rear, new rope gaskets front and rear, tube sheets cleaned, tubes cleaned, Honeywell bench tested by IEC Controls, Inc., all electrics and blower motor tested, R/R as needed, new high temp paint on hot surfaces, new paint on skid and jacket. This boiler was used in a hospital for 8 years, run at 40-50 psi, replaced with a larger boiler due to hospital expansion. Boiler was set up for dry storage and has been stored indoors at the hospital since year 2000. Nice machine. Feed water tank and pump available for an additional $3500, blow down separator available for an additional $1150.
