Standby bias suppression suppression feature - this feature also has another name - standby beam suppression (SBS). The main idea of this feature - when the modulation signal is missing - the bias current is automatically deactivated 2. Bias turn-off delay - this feature designed to achieve optimal lasing parameters at high modulation frequencies. 3. Overheat protection - to protect your laser diodes you can use the built-in automatic overtemp shutdown feature. You just need to attach NTC sensor to diode heatsink and set the desired operation temperature threshold. You can use this driver without this feature, just don't connect sensor to the board. 4. Interlock input - This input is used to enable / disable the driver by a signal from another device This driver is supplied with connectors kit, screws and NTC sensor. In order to avoid thermal damage, do not use the driver without heatsink!
